Mary & May Hyaluronic Panthenol Hydra Mask 30 Sheets is a daily-use Korean sheet-mask set designed to replenish moisture and soothe dry, rough, dehydrated or temporarily stressed-looking skin. The large-capacity container holds 30 essence-soaked sheet masks that can be removed individually using the included mini tweezers.
The formula contains 1,000 ppm panthenol. Also known as provitamin B5, panthenol provides humectant, soothing and skin-conditioning care. It helps maintain a comfortable skin feel and complements routines focused on dehydration or temporary sensitivity.
The mask essence contains several forms of hyaluronic acid, including Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid and Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate.
These hyaluronic acid forms help attract and retain moisture at the skin’s surface. They support a softer, smoother and more supple-looking complexion, but they should not be described as permanently filling wrinkles or changing facial volume.
Glycerin appears near the beginning of the ingredient list. It is a well-established humectant that helps support hydration and maintain the healthy condition of the skin’s moisture barrier.
Hydroxyethyl Urea provides additional humectant care. It helps the essence maintain moisture at the skin’s surface and complements the formula’s suitability for dry and dehydrated-looking skin.
Allantoin supports soothing and skin-conditioning care. It works alongside panthenol to help the complexion feel calmer and more comfortable after mask application.
Arginine is an amino acid and skin-conditioning ingredient. It also supports formula balance and contributes to a smoother application experience.
Butylene Glycol, Pentylene Glycol and Caprylyl Glycol provide further humectant support. These ingredients help the sheet remain saturated while contributing to a soft and hydrated after-feel.
The sheet mask creates temporary occlusion over the skin, helping the water-based essence remain in contact with the face for approximately 10–15 minutes. This can improve immediate surface hydration and make dry fine lines appear temporarily softer.
Leaving the sheet on for longer than recommended is not necessarily more effective. Once the mask begins to dry, it may feel uncomfortable and should be removed rather than left on overnight.
The mask is intended to soothe skin affected by environmental stress and dryness. It should not be presented as a medical treatment for eczema, dermatitis, sunburn or other inflammatory skin conditions.
The essence contains added fragrance. Customers with fragrance-sensitive, rosacea-prone or highly reactive skin should patch test before full-face use. The product should not be described as fragrance-free.
The ingredient list does not contain drying alcohol. However, alcohol-free status does not guarantee universal tolerance because fragrance and other ingredients can still cause sensitivity in certain users.
The daily mask format can be used every day when the skin tolerates it, but daily use is not mandatory. Two to four applications per week may be sufficient for customers who already use several hydrating products.
Mary & May Hyaluronic Panthenol Hydra Mask may be especially useful for normal, dry, dehydrated and combination skin. Oily skin can also use it for water-based hydration without relying on a heavy cream mask.
After removing the mask, the remaining essence should be pressed gently into the skin. A moisturizer can then be applied to help reduce moisture loss, particularly for dry skin or in air-conditioned environments.
