- Every product reaches you exactly as received from the brand or its authorised distributor
- We are a retailer, not a manufacturer — we do not alter, repackage, or tamper with any product
- Brands occasionally update their packaging design, fragrance, or formula as part of their own improvement process — this is completely normal and does not indicate a counterfeit product
- If you ever have doubts about a product’s authenticity, we encourage you to verify directly on the brand’s official website before raising a concern

03. Orders & Payments
Placing an order on Beautician.pk is straightforward, but there are a few important things to keep in mind to ensure a smooth experience.
Order Placement:
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — a full refund will be issued in such cases
- Please ensure all your billing and shipping details are accurate before confirming your order
- Your correct email address is essential — all order confirmations, tracking updates, and payment receipts are sent via email only
Pricing & Discounts:
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Discount codes and promotional vouchers are valid on full-priced items only and cannot be applied to already discounted products
- Coupons cannot be stacked or combined with other active promotions

04. COD Confirmation Fee
To ensure smooth order processing and prioritise genuine customers, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a booking confirmation fee of Rs. 1,000 to be paid in advance.
This small step helps us:
- Confirm your order is genuine and ready for dispatch
- Prioritise your parcel in our packing and shipping queue
- Reduce delays caused by unconfirmed or abandoned orders
- Serve our customers faster and more efficiently

⚠️ Please Note: The Rs. 1,000 confirmation fee is non-refundable once your order has been processed and dispatched. After making the payment, please send your payment screenshot along with your Order ID to info@beautician.pk or via WhatsApp at 0305-5897755. Your order will only be dispatched after payment confirmation.
05. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide across Pakistan and take great care in packing every order before it leaves our facility. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation (for COD) or payment receipt (for prepaid orders)
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order is dispatched
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier’s schedule — we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time
- We recommend tracking your parcel regularly using the tracking number provided
- Tracking updates may not always be sent via SMS due to network changes — your email is the most reliable source of updates
About Packaging Condition:
Products travel a long way — from Korea to our warehouse, and then to your doorstep. While we pack every order with care, outer product boxes may occasionally arrive with minor dents or creases due to courier handling. The product inside remains completely intact and untouched. We appreciate your understanding, as 100% perfect outer packaging cannot be guaranteed by local courier services.
📦 Box Condition Policy: Minor dents or creases on the outer box are not considered a valid reason for return or refund. The product’s quality and authenticity are never compromised. Beauty is more than just the box! 💕
06. Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we genuinely want every customer to be happy with their purchase. However, due to the widespread availability of counterfeit beauty products in Pakistan, we maintain a careful returns policy to protect both our customers and our business integrity.
Standard Policy:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted as a standard practice
- Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances
- Products returned without prior discussion and approval will not be accepted
- Return requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained
Exceptions for Valued Customers:
- Returning customers with a genuine concern may request a return within 24 hours of receiving their order
- All return requests must be discussed and approved by our team before the product is sent back
- The customer is responsible for safe return shipping costs
- Refunds are only processed after thorough inspection of the returned product
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
⚠️ Expiry Date Policy: If a product is near its expiry date, this information is clearly mentioned in the product title at the time of listing. Products with a long shelf life do not have expiry dates listed separately — this is standard practice in the beauty industry. Please read all product details carefully before placing your order.
07. Damage, Leaks & Missing Items
We pack every order with the utmost care. However, if something goes wrong during transit, we want to make it right for you — quickly and fairly.
If your order arrives with a damaged product, leak, or missing item:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order — no exceptions
- Send clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging to info@beautician.pk or via WhatsApp
- Include your Order ID in all communications for faster resolution
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours
What is NOT covered:
- Damage to the outer box only (product intact inside)
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Products that show signs of use or tampering after delivery
- Missing items reported without unboxing video evidence
💡 Pro Tip: We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when you receive your order. This protects you in case of any discrepancy and helps us resolve your claim quickly and fairly.
About Product Seals:
Some products arrive with a seal on the outer box, while others do not — this varies entirely by brand and how their authorised distributor packages the product at the source. The absence of a seal does not indicate tampering or inauthenticity. If you’re ever unsure about a specific product, please reach out to us before ordering.
