Placing an order is simple! Browse our shop, add your favourite Korean beauty products to cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.

We accept the following payment methods:

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be packed and dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all major cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and more.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier’s website. You can also contact us with your order ID for a status update.

Most Korean beauty products have both Korean and English text on the packaging. Ingredient lists and usage instructions are typically available in English. Our product pages also include full descriptions in English.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

• ✅ Damaged or broken during delivery
• ✅ Wrong product received
• ✅ Sealed packaging is tampered

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us with photos of the issue.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or store credit.

If your product arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
